Terms of Use
Effective date: 28 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of the CorgiBT website and the booking of our dog training services. By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The website and services are operated by CorgiBT, a business registered in Poland. Our training studio is located at 101 Porte Berger, 75001 Paris, France. Contact: contact@corgibt.net, website corgibt.net.
2. Our services
CorgiBT provides training sessions for corgis, including puppy foundations, everyday obedience, behaviour work and enrichment exercises. We work with clients across Europe. The format, location, duration and price of each session or package are confirmed to you before you book.
3. Promotional offers
Free first session.
- The first session is free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase further sessions.
- The offer is limited to one free session per dog.
- The free session is not exchangeable for cash.
Buy 3 sessions, get 3 free.
- The offer is available to all clients, new and existing.
- When you purchase a package of 3 paid sessions, 3 additional sessions are added free of charge, for a total of 6 sessions.
- Bonus sessions are for the same dog as the purchased package and are scheduled in the same way as paid sessions.
- Bonus sessions have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
- Any validity period or end date of the offer is communicated at the time of purchase. We may end the offer for future purchases; packages already purchased keep their bonus sessions.
4. Booking, payment and cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed by e-mail or message. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.
- Packages are paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled later, or missed, may be counted as used.
- If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a new date or refund that session.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer and book at a distance, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If you ask us to start sessions within that period, you will pay for the sessions already provided, and the right of withdrawal is lost once all purchased sessions have been fully delivered. To withdraw, contact us at contact@corgibt.net.
6. Your dog’s health and safety
- You confirm that your dog is in good health and up to date with vaccinations required by local law.
- Please tell us about any health issues, injuries or aggressive behaviour before the session.
- You remain responsible for your dog and should hold suitable third-party liability insurance for your pet.
- We may pause or stop a session if continuing would be unsafe for your dog, other animals or people.
7. Results
Training results depend on each dog, its age and history, and on regular practice at home. We will always do our best and give clear guidance, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome within a specific time.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our fault in providing the services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the session or package concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Website content
All texts, illustrations and the CorgiBT logo on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The website is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge; information on out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in Poland is published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl, and consumers in France can contact a mediator listed at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. If no amicable solution is found, disputes are resolved by the competent common courts in Poland. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
