This Privacy Policy explains how CorgiBT (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our dog training services. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

- Replying to your request and booking the free first session — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Providing training sessions and packages — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

- Website security and improvement — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Advertising measurement (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking), if enabled — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), collected through a cookie banner before any such cookies are set.
4. Cookies and advertising
The website uses only technically necessary resources by default, such as loading fonts. If we use Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, we will ask for your consent first and you can withdraw it at any time. Google’s use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us operate (website hosting, e-mail, form processing, booking and payment tools), under data processing agreements;
- advertising and analytics providers such as Google, only where you have consented;
- public authorities, where required by law.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep data
- Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Client and training records: for the duration of our relationship and 3 years after the last session.
- Invoices and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose, as required by Polish law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@corgibt.net. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access, secure connections and reputable service providers.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
